Hi,

We would like to start by saying hello and expressing our admiration and thanks for your courage while you are going through this difficult time and considering placing your child for adoption.  This is a very important time in all of our lives, and we want to approach it together with strength, understanding, and support.

This has been put together for you with hope and compassion so that you can begin to get to know us and our family.  We hope that as you read this, you will be able to picture the loving, safe and secure home that we will provide for your child, as well as the strong relationship, respect and support that we have for each other and our family and friends.

When we met about 16 years ago, we were instantly attracted to each other's outgoing personalities and sense of humor.  We dated for 5 years, got engaged and have been married for over eleven wonderful years now.

We love spending time with friends.  Both of us keep in touch with lifelong friends from our childhood, while we also have a large group of friends from high school, college and beyond.  Some of our favorite times are when we get together with friends to go skiing, spend a day at the beach, or hang out at our house.

We are a very fun-loving, outgoing, energetic, happy, and supportive couple with lots of love to give.  Some things that we enjoy doing together are bike riding, taking walks on a weekend afternoon, spending time with friends and family, traveling, listening to music or enjoying a quiet night at home together watching a movie.  We love to laugh and simply have fun in everything that we do.  People always comment that we work so well together as a team because we share the same ideas and always support each other and make decisions together.
